Upload up to 100 sheets. We'll show you one finding in full plus two summaries from the most important coordination conflicts in your drawings — discipline clashes, spec-to-plan contradictions, scope-boundary gaps. No card. No commitment.

Rather than show you a mock-up, here is an actual Flikt.AI report on a real multifamily project — every finding, every sheet reference, and the drawing viewer, exactly as it was delivered.
This is the full paid analysis. Your free preview returns the same report shape with one finding unlocked in full and two more as summaries.
Open the sample reportNo account, no card — it opens straight away.
From upload to preview in one sitting. No procurement, no demo calls, no sales touch unless you ask for one.
Drag in PDFs or a zip, up to 100 sheets for the free preview. Bring the whole set: architectural, structural, MEP and fire protection together. The review checks disciplines against each other, so one discipline on its own gives it little to work with.
Our coordination review looks across disciplines for clashes, spec-to-plan contradictions, scope-boundary gaps, and missing code-required documentation. No human touches your drawings.
You get the single most important finding in full — title, description, sheet refs, severity, cost impact — plus two summaries of the next two. The rest of the report stays locked until you choose to unlock it for a one-time fee.
Bring a complete set of up to 100 sheets, with every discipline in it. We bound the preview so you can try us without scoping or approval cycles.
The single most important finding shown in full — title, description, sheet refs, severity, cost impact. The next two as summaries (title + severity + discipline + sheets, without the description).
The remaining findings sit behind a one-time unlock. No subscription. No card on file.
Discipline coordination clashes (structural vs architectural, MEP vs ceiling, fire protection vs other trades), specification-to-plan contradictions, scope-boundary gaps, and code checks we can verify from the drawings — code-citation and edition issues, threshold checks such as egress capacity or equipment sizing, and code-required documentation that is missing. The set of categories grows over time.
Findings cite the sheets they come from, so you can check them against the drawings yourself. Depth varies with the size and complexity of the plan set. The report supplements professional design review; it does not replace coordination, QA, or stamped review by a design professional.
You can, but it is unlikely to be worth your time. Much of what we find sits between disciplines: a duct that runs through a beam, a fixture with no plumbing behind it, a door the hardware schedule never mentions. A package with only the interior design sheets, or only the MEP, gives the review almost nothing to check against. Upload the architectural, structural and MEP sheets together for a useful preview.
The free preview covers up to 100 sheets. For a bigger set, the project page offers the full review right away at the same size-based price, plus $5 for each sheet over 120, so you can pay and start the review without waiting on a quote.
One payment, priced by the size of the set: $169 for up to 30, $229 up to 60, $279 up to 80 and $399 up to 120 sheets. You see the exact total before you pay, and there is no subscription. The free preview stays free, and no card is needed to try it.
